Hotel Mizar Gargano

We had an absolutely pleasant and relaxing week. The view from the hotel is wonderful. All the guys who work at the Mizar hotel are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms always clean, every day. Maximum availability for every request. Highly recommended all-inclusive formula: the cuisine is excellent and the dishes are always varied. The dishes that are chosen with a preference to be indicated the previous day are always accompanied by a multitude of abundant and varied vegetables. Really positive experience.

Severino Barone family. Hello, we have been here with our family at the Mizar hotel since August 20th and in my opinion I have to deny those negative reviews especially on the food and friendliness. If they accept advice, I would also give drinks for children and coffee during meals in the soft all inclusive, little things that make the difference 😉. For the rest everything was perfect, the location of the top hotel but above all regarding the kindness, friendliness and decisiveness of the requests asked of them. Last but not least, the animation is polite but not very present and engaging. We feel at the end of the holiday to definitely give the 5th star also on TripAdvisor hoping that they will accept the advice regarding drinks but I repeat because everything is ok except for this very small thing 🙂

We stayed at the Mizar the first week of August, very nice hotel, clean, spacious room and with a priceless view... The beach service is good and convenient... the cuisine is good from breakfast to dinner with the staff very available to meet every need... Super clean environment, friendly staff... Too bad about the animation, to forget!!! The mini club run by two girls who were perhaps at their first experience with very few ideas and very confused... so in the end the children did what they wanted and off they went... for the adults the same thing happened with three boys who probably didn't have much of a desire to entertain therefore they fell into the playful mood that was at times annoying and rude!!! I would definitely say it should be revisited given the good experience that the Hotel offers in general...

poorly organized hotel... better to find somewhere else... for what it costs to stay here for a week, there are hotels much, much better than this one Rooms: the double bed was nothing more than two single beds pushed together small bathroom, with the bathrobe hanger inside the shower... whoever fixed it to the wall inside the shower must really be a genius... so when you take a shower the hanging bathrobe also gets wet. plus, to top it off, there were also ants in the room... we left a tube of chips on the television cabinet and found it completely full of ants. Restaurant: the food wasn't the best but all in all it was fine to feed yourself. in the restaurant we took the sauna, air conditioning was always off... the coffee machine was off for both lunch and dinner... if you wanted coffee after lunch you had to go to the bar because the coffee machines were only turned on in the morning for coloring and were always out of order Moreover. The only positive thing about the restaurant was the kindness and helpfulness of the waiters. Lido: all in all it was fine except that the sand was never cleaned and raked Animation: animators to be fired immediately in my opinion. the entertainment was absent both during the day on the beach and in the evening outside the hotel. In the morning the entertainers came to the beach and sat on the chair and stayed there all morning smoking and then left for lunch. In the evening they played music outside the hotel and always sat there smoking. Entertainers if you can call yourself that: take inspiration from the other beaches that were nearby that had lots of activities Parking: reserved for high-profile customers to park the car they send you to a nearby campsite "la serenella" at the price of 5 euros per day and what's more, every time you have to take the car they even make you wait because there is never anyone at the reception the only positive thing is the night watchman who is always available and dutiful to his duty In conclusion I will never go back there again. The only positive thing about this hotel is the proximity to the sea look elsewhere because for what it costs you can find better ones
